Centralized a decentralized dispatch operation for a leading mid-western energy company; their processes were severely broken and were causing extended response times and leading to significant fines by the board of public utilities for inefficiencies.
 

Redesigned processes and bundled work processes to drastically improve operating efficiency and reduce cycle time; realized cost savings in the first few months alone of over 7 million dollars.

Work with leaders to examine business strategy; create measures of performance; determine core capabilities and gaps; identify potential risk areas; develop talent  strategy.


Provided ongoing facilitation and support for a major pharma to explore “strategic options” for a business unit which was ultimately divested.


Worked with a major pharma organization to identify and work with third party alliances on issues of mutual interest in order to reach business objectives and assure alignment with their mission and pledge.


Performance Management 

Created and delivered a performance management process for a distributor of electronic wiring; provided strategic approach, as well as an operational process for assessing customer and internal performance expectations; resulted in increased awareness (from both leadership and employees) and stronger commitment towards the team.

Design effective change management strategies to support new processes, organization structures, new initiatives, etc.; create engagement at all levels in an organization; determine an effective organizational people strategy.

Led change management process for a Bio Pharma company Transparency (Sunshine Act) global initiative.
 Created overall change plan that incorporated internal and external stakeholder analysis, communication and engagement plan.

Designed and delivered change management workshops for various companies; participants learned how to effectively manage self and others during times of change; also developed workshops specifically geared towards senior levels of management.

Facilitated a team development session for a global medical submissions group to address Managing Change both personally and within the organization. In addition to understanding the dynamics of change for themselves personally and as a team, the team also needed to implement some new processes and procedures across the organization. The session also included helping them develop a change management structure to lead the changes across the organization, and the tools used were TMS’ QO2 and Kotter’s Change Model.

Facilitate merger of cultures after merger or acquisition takes place; determine cultural readiness for organizational change.



Facilitated change management support for a joint venture marketing team of two leading pharma companies that supported one of the world’s leading brands; the two teams had been experiencing particular challenges due to cultural differences that impacted various dimensions including process ownership, governance, structure and decision making issues; interviewed critical stakeholders and provided support to mitigate tension within the team.

Strategies For Success can support  the design and/or execution of an employee engagement survey.

Designed and delivered a workshop on organization design related to the integration of two major divisions of a security company; served in an advisory capacity for the integration and restructuring of various critical processes.

Designed and provided a climate assessment for major Real Estate company; facilitated various focus groups and senior leader interviews; data collection and written report focuses on what was working well, not well, and solutions to address the challenges.
