Our team is certified in a multitude of 360 degree feedback assessments; however, we typically recommend a qualitative 360 degree feedback process, as it allows follow up questions and an aggregation of richer data.  In a qualitative process, one-on-one interviews are conducted with peers, the manager, direct reports, and possibly clients to get a broad and deep perspective.  With both qualitative and online feedback, a feedback report is developed that is shared with the individual, and a development plan is created to ensure strengths are leveraged and development opportunities are addressed.

Created a targeted qualitative 360 degree feedback process with key executives to validate misguided perceptions in the organization for a talented leader. Changed perceptions resulted in realistic assessment of good leadership skills for Leader and eliminated the need for Executive Coaching as had originally been intended.

Personality assessments can help facilitate understanding of how individual differences contribute to or detract from productivity and effectiveness both on an individual and team level.  We are certified in a multitude of personality assessments, the most widely recognized include:

                   Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

Designed and facilitated various Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Teambuilding Sessions to increase self-awareness and leverage team strengths.


We are also certified in and use validated assessment tools that provide predictive behavior for future success to reduce turnover and effectively manage talent (e.g. Chally); these assessments are extremely useful for supporting recruitment, development and talent review.

Managed the assessment process for a pilot team of high potentials in a major insurance company. Group completed the Chally Assessment, a comprehensive assessment tool which identifies competency strengths and areas for development; Worked with selected individuals to leverage strengths and maximize performance.

Self-awareness is critical for everyone. Understand- ing the impact you have on others and what you can do to influence them is what makes for strong results and a successful leader or employee.

We integrate EQ assessments such as Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi)  with practical learning to create stronger leaders in your organization. The Bar-On EQi measures an individual’s ability to understand his/her own behavior and how that impacts self and others.
